The Dream Team

Wing Commander R.K. Singh, Dean

R.K. has over three decades of experience in the Armed Forces, corporate sector and in consulting. An alumnus of the Defence Services Staff College at Wellington, and an Instructor for Officer Cadets at the prestigious Air Force Academy at Hyderabad, has vast exposure in Administration and Personnel Management. He serves as Director on the Board of several companies and Management Institutions.

Tirtha Sen, Academic Advisor

Tirtha has over 30 years of experience over a wide and varied range of sectors, positions and countries. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Law he served in the Armed Forces where he showed his academic leanings as a Directing Staff at premier Service Colleges. After voluntary retirement, he was headhunted to head a new Business School in India as a HOD and Dean. He was the CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Botswana and has been a Council Member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), New York.

Tirtha has been instrumental in partnering top qualification bodies like CIMA, ACCA & AAT. His last assignment was in consulting as Director of KPMG.

Prof. Aditya Singh FRSA FRAS, Director

Aditya is the Director of Athena School of Management in Mumbai – India where he also teaches Leadership & Differential Thinking. He has decades of experience across the corporate sector, consulting, entrepreneurship & academia. He is a Global Visiting Professor & Speaker with an interest in Globalization, Entrepreneurship, Impact Leadership, Digital Transformation & Future of Work. Aditya is an Advisor the University of Chicago’s ESG Centre & is an India Advisory Board Member of the Business Graduates Association (part of the Association of MBAs).

Aditya is a graduate of The Wharton School’s Accelerated Development Program (ADP) and holds an MBA (PGDM) from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain & Ireland (FRAS), Member of The Royal Institute of International Affairs in London. He also sits on the Advisory Board of several start-ups, accelerators & non-profits across the world.

Mr. Arun Todarwal

A Chartered Accountant of repute, Arun is a Partner of Todarwal & Todarwal, a CA firm. He has a rich and varied experience spanning over two decades in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, M&A Advisory, Taxation, International Taxation and Joint Ventures. He is a Director of several companies including Sterlite Technologies, Anuh Pharmaceuticals, Graviss Hospitality to name a few.

Mr. Arun Todarwal

Srikanth Aravamuthan

Srikanth Aravamuthan is Chief Strategy Officer at Bonzer Inc in USA. Srikanth is an alumnus of Columbia Business School & National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla . He has had a stellar career with leadership& consulting roles in leading companies including Deloitte , KPMG, Reliance Communications to name a few. Prior to the Corporate Sector, he had a distinguished career as an officer in the Indian Army.

Richa Singh is Chief Financial Officer - Mars Wrigley. Richa is an alumnus of The Wharton School & Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She has had a stellar career with leadership roles in leading companies including Niine India, Philips, The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble to name a few.
