Richa is an alumnus of The Wharton School & Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She has had a stellar career with leadership roles in leading companies including Niine India, Philips, The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble to name a few. Richa is also on the Advisory Board at Athena School of Management.
