Athena School of Management welcomes Dr. Alison Lui, Associate Dean & Reader at Liverpool John Moores University for a session on International Corporate Governance. Alison is an alumnus of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of Liverpool & University of Bristol. Previously she has worked with the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law & has been a practicing Solicitor. She is also an active Rotarian.
